We also represent occupiers, shopping center owners, and developers of mixed-use schemes (which include retail, leisure, and residential elements) for national, regional, and start-up players, as well as leading international retailers coming to or expanding their businesses in Kenya. We particularly focus on property matters, including acquisitions, developments, and asset management.
