Mr. Maloba is the managing partner at Conrad Law LLP. Conrad’s role is to ensure the legality of commercial transactions, advising companies on their legal rights and duties. Conrad understands aspects of contract law, conveyance law, civil law, criminal law, securities law, insolvency, business organisation, and employment law. Conrad has over thirteen years of experience with the Office of the Registrar General Operations and has worked extensively in the field of insolvency administration and liquidation proceedings. Conrad has a keen interest in mortgage administration and receivership and has acted as a legal advisor.
